Clas Ohlson was only 22 when he started his mail-order business which today is listed on the stock exchange and has a staff of thousands working in Sweden, Norway, Finland, the UK and China.
   Clas lived and operated his business in Insjön, Dalarna County Sweden. This is also where our charming Clas Ohlson Museum is located, in a little red cottage just a stone s throw away from our Mega Clas store.
   Why not take the opportunity to relax a bit while you visit our store here in Insjön.
   Take a fascinating and nostalgic journey through our company's history. Here you ll find some original catalogues from the 1920s and onwards, antique bandsaws, gramophones, photo equipment, kayaks, radio devices and hundreds of other products found throughout the history of Clas Ohlson. We even have a little movie theatre where you can see a film about Clas Ohlson himself and experience our history on a more personal level.
